The question arises: what to do in-home quarantine, so that time is not wasted in vain and not lose heart?
We hope the new coronavirus wave will be defeated soon, and this list will be useful for a regular homestay. During this period, it is best to acknowledge the feeling and write down all the negative thoughts that come to your mind. It is worth analyzing them: how they relate to reality, how much you can trust your consciousness and how to improvise.
# 1. Surely there are a lot of interesting things in your cosmetic bag that you don't use - it's time to revise, put aside the unnecessary, and master what you have long wanted.
# 2. Cleaning up and reorganizing things is the most useful and obvious thing to do at home. But it would also be fair to say that even in the cleanest and most organized homes, windows are often dusty and stained.
# 3. Another useful and not requiring investment activity, for which you can spend long hours, is wardrobe analysis. If you haven't shaken up your clothes for a long time, put everything in themed piles.
# 4. Since you are at home, arrange a video date with your grandmother, a friend from another country, or even a girlfriend who lives in the next house.
# 5. You can make a plan for the day, but it's important not to overdo it by scheduling every minute. Otherwise, you run the risk of blaming yourself for incomplete points.
# 6. If you are not very good with financial discipline, personal advice is to spend free hours and plan your future well-being.
# 7. When was the last time you updated your resume or portfolio? If you have been working in one place for several years, most likely for a long time, and planning to make a switch. It’s time to work on your resume.
# 8. Since you're locked up at home, we suggest not buying a new fashion novel, but doing what you already have.
# 9. If you share your home with others - family or just neighbors - assign responsibilities during this period. Everyone must keep order and clean.
# 10. Another thing that never gets around to is to disassemble medicines, getting rid of expired ones. And of course, put aside what you have disassembled where children cannot reach.
# 11. The quarantine can be a good opportunity to shut up and start meditating. You can do this on your own or with a guided meditation app.
# 12. Even if you work the same number of hours, now you don’t need to spend time on the road - and, of course, on choosing clothes and styling in the morning. Using quarantine to get up later and go to bed early is not the only way to deal with your evening boredom, but it is definitely one of the most rewarding activities.
# 13. Learning a new skill is one of the funniest things you can do in isolation, with the bonus of feeling good when you do something useful with your time.
In fact, there are many things to do while isolating yourself to help others in the community. People all over the world feel lonely but for people like those who are single and enjoying their time alone, the experience is different. The things that matter most, cherish your health, your beloved ones, enjoy your own company and prepare for the next season.
